How is this different than any other massage/stretch?

Every session is one-on-one and fully customized — not a quick stretch circuit like StretchLab. We combine FST with strength, mobility, and recovery techniques for lasting results.

Unlike a regular massage, which focuses on muscle pressure and relaxation, FST moves your body through ranges of motion to improve mobility, posture, and long-term body function.

New clients get a complimentary 15-min stretch or upgrade to a 30-min stretch for just $15.

Do you travel?

Yes, ESC offers in-home/mobile services across LA. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

is it painful?

No — sessions are designed around your tolerance. You’ll feel deep release, but always within a safe and controlled range.

What are your hours?

In-gym: Mon/Wed/Fri at JLT Performance. 6:00am-8:00pm


In-home: Tue/Thu/Sat By appointment only.

How long are packages valid?

Packages are billed monthly and must be used within that period. Membership options are available for ongoing sessions.

GROUP EVENTS OR PoP UP SESSIONS?

Yes. ESC hosts mobility pop-ups, team sessions, and event collaborations. Follow our Instagram for upcoming dates.

what do i wear?

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing like gym wear. Shorts are recommended if you’re booking a massage-style session - avoid tight clothing like leggings, + wear a top you feel comfortable removing fairly easily. Sheets are provided.

last minute changes?

We get it- life happens, + things change. We have a cancellation, late-cancel, and same-day booking policy. Full details are in our [Terms & Agreements] page.

What’s the difference between a package and a membership?


Packages give you a set number of sessions each month, + first dibs to booking time slots.

Memberships are ongoing + include the most savings + perks.

How do i book?

how much is a session?

Rates start at $30 + vary by service + location. Packages (6 and 12) include discounted per-session pricing.

How often should I book sessions?


It depends on your goals:

  • 1x/week: Great for maintenance, recovery, or adding mobility alongside workouts.

  • 2x/week: Ideal for active recovery if you train regularly, want faster results, or need pain relief.

  • 3x/week: Best for athletes or anyone training daily who wants peak mobility, injury prevention, and consistent body reset.

cancellations + rescheduling

At Elise Strength Club, we respect your time and ask the same in return.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of the session fee on top of the amount already paid to preserve the slot.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

Emergencies

We understand that life happens. In the event of a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — exceptions may be made at our discretion.
