Terms of service

Welcome to Elise Strength Club (“ESC”). By booking or participating in any session, service, or program with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

ESC provides personal training, fascial stretch therapy, mobility coaching, and related wellness services, both in-gym and mobile/in-home. Services are subject to trainer availability and may be updated or modified at our discretion.

2. Payment & Packages

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless specified differently in the offer.

  • Packages and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions (see Cancellation Policy for details).

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as outlined.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating.

  • Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for following trainer instructions to prevent injury.

  • ESC reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking with ESC, you acknowledge and agree that participation involves inherent risks. ESC, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from participation in our services.

6. Mobile & In-Home Services

For in-home or mobile services, clients must provide a safe and suitable environment. ESC staff may refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Changes to Terms

ESC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

cancellations + rescheduling

At Elise Strength Club, we respect your time and ask the same in return.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of the session fee on top of the amount already paid to preserve the slot.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

Emergencies

We understand that life happens. In the event of a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — exceptions may be made at our discretion.
